Yummy Fudge Sauce!

Whitney is not allowed at my house any more!

It is true!

She found a recipe for the perfect hot fudge sauce!

OK, so Mandy found it and passed it on to her, but Whit made it for us last night!

Hows a girl to lose weight with friends like that?

The biggest problem? It is EASY to make!

I guess you want the recipe too. . .Fine, don't blame the extra pounds on me,

blame them on WHITNEY and MANDY!

Chocolate Fudge Sauce

• 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
• 2 Tablespoons butter
• 1- 5 ounce can evaporated milk

Microwave chocolate chips and butter. Blend and then microwave 1 minute. Mix and microwave 1 minute. Add milk, mix and again microwave 1 minute. Mix and microwave 30 seconds until glossy.
Each microwave is different so make sure you do not cook too long, just until melted.

Before you can say "get the ice cream kids" you have a yummy, creamy, hot fudge sauce!

This looks like my usual presentation. Boring! There has to be something better! I need your suggestions, just please don't suggest skipping it...it is too much fun! Besides we are Irish by marriage, (right LeeAnn?) What do your families do? Do you wear green and pinch each other? That is my favorite part.

My Bright Sunshiny Day

Oh I love Spring!

It makes me smile!

I love the. . .

It is so refreshing to me!

Our Father in Heaven gave us opposites so we might appreciate the good. Today has been a testimony builder to me about opposites and why we have them! Spring after winter, sun after showers, fall after hot summers (of course I do love summers. . . that is for another post)! WE have the beautiful sun! It makes me want to cook and clean (kinda, I really have to dust and vacuum) go for a walk, and SING out loud and just be apart of the real world!

Winter makes me want to hibernate, really. Just head to my room and cuddle up with a good book. Just give me my coke or hot chocolate and a big bowl of popcorn. It would be wonderful to have a yummy, steaming hot bowl of my new recipe for split pea and ham soup!

But right now it is spring

and I will enjoy all the sunshine my Heavenly Father gives me!

Maybe today is the day to go outside and grill!

Mmmm, grilled chicken and a big salad!

Thanks Heavenly Father for spring!
